Not only can you "contact roast" up to a 5 lb. chicken, you can also bake casseroles, omelettes and cakes in this new machine from George Foreman. You can even steam foods in here. But the beauty of this machine is its ability to conveniently and healthfully cook meat and veggies at the same time, as in a roast with the carrots and potatoes. If you want flavor, but not fat, the Contact Roaster is happy to oblige.
