You won't have to eat out to enjoy a taco salad if you include this traditional tool in your kitchen. Simply drape an 8-inch softened tortilla over the upside-down inner basket, place the outer basket on top, flip over the baskets, and plunge the tortilla into a deep-fat fryer.
