Perfect little fryer for small family March 3, 2010

I wanted a small fryer to do chicken and fish. I live alone but usually share with a neighbor. This is the perfect little fryer. Not too big and not too little. I can fry enough chicken for 3 people at one time. Frys perfectly -doesnt burn and makes it so much easier than a skillet. So if you want a fryer and have a smaller size family this is perfect and to be honest you could probably use it for a family of four - unless they are big eaters. I am very happy with this particular fryer.

This is the original. The new ones they have out now just don't make those fries taste the same. We use this one all the time for anything deep fried. Enjoy it tremendously.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift to myself, and it has been awesome. I've used it quite a few times, using canola oil. Heats up quickly, and as long as you don't overstuff it, touch the outside while it's hot, or have an IQ over 50, you should have no problems with it. Great for quick buffalo wings, mini tacos or home made potato chips!
