This 5 qt. stainless steel round casserole from MIU FRANCE is a versitile piece of cookware for any kitchen. It is made from heavy weight 18/10 stainless steel with heavy duty handles riveted to each side. The lid is made from 18/10 stainless steel with a riveted handle. The impact bonded tri-ply bottom of the casserole is designed for even heat distribution. It has a layer of aluminum sandwiched between two layers of stainless steel. The outside surface of the casserole is polished to a mirror finish. The casserole is safe to be cleaned in the dishwasher.
