Electric Skillet July 29, 2010 Duane Best cooking skillet I have ever had. They actually put enough tephlon on it so that it does clean with just a wipe. We still wash it when finnished but it is quick and easy. We gave this one as a gift and they are very happy with it.
Great Electric Skillet June 26, 2010 R. Ralph Mays (Ridgefield WA, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We had our old electric skillet for 30 plus years and thought it was time to replace it. Did some skillet research on Amazon and Overstocked and settled on this 16-inch Presto. Have only used it a couple of times in the short time we've had it and was pleased with it's performance. It did not come with the cookbook or rack so we had to order those separately. It is handy to see what is cooking with the glass lid. It is attractive so we used it once as a serving dish.
the nonstick is a bit too easily chipped June 17, 2010 J. swensen (Utah) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I really enjoy the skillet for a many variety of things. I cooke eggs, bacon, at the same time. Pancakes, potatoes. This skillet is really a great product. I would say the only downfall is the non stick surface is starting to chip. It just seems you have to be SUPER DUPER Careful because one touch of a fork can ruin your skillet.
Watts June 17, 2010 M. Diaz (Stuttgart, Germany) What is the total watts capability? Can you use this into a power inverter in a car?
Non-stick means coating comes off! May 28, 2010 Kenneth D. Reed (Grand Rapids, MI USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Functions well except that coating flakes off too soon. Expect more durability and quality for an item that comes in contact with what is eaten.............
