We bought the electric kettle when our regular stove-top teapot died. I'm kicking myself for not doing this before. The kettle heats the water up in a flash and I can keep it clean(er) because it's not on the stove or anywhere near it. It is very easy to fill and the water level guide is very helpful. We are very happy with this product.

We enjoyed our first electric kettle for about three years when it failed. My wife demanded a white one and we wanted the "cordless" feature like our old one. T-Fal;s kettle seemed ideal and so far we are very well pleased. It is good looking, well made and easy to use. The instruction booklet has very tiny, hard to read print but the operation is mostly intuitive. It is a great relief to not have to boil water on our gas range as we fear leaving it unattended. We drink a lot of coffee and tea and the kettle is used six to eight times each day. We had to wait a few weeks as Amazon had them on back order but were pleased to get the old lower price as it has now gone up about ten dollars. Looking forward to a long, happy life of fast, safe, HOT water.

When my old electric tea kettle "died", I immediately went to replace it. Most of the ones I looked at were metal and had a center heating coil. I did not want either of those features.
The T-Fal kettle is perfect! The outside stays fairly cool, it heats quickly and holds plenty of water.
I have every kitchen appliance and gadget known to man :-) but would never give up my electric tea kettle!!!

I was looking for a good quality Electric Kettle, but not so expensive. This one became the best after researching the whole web. One more time Amazon had the best price, and shipping...
T-Fal Vitesse can boil water to cook pasta, or rice, very fast. And if you just want to make tee you change temperature to the minimum, (not to burn the herbs and your pallet).
I'm happy with my purchase!

When our Philips kettle died, we thought we'd be disappointed with another manufacturer's product, but this one is terrific. White plastic outside does not conduct heat like the stainless steel ones we dislike. We are very pleased.
