So far I've used it twice to make ice cream and it performs very well. No complaints.

We've used it twice in the couple weeks since we got it. We used recipes other than those included with the machine, and it hasn't been a problem.
Clean up is easier than expected. We just store the frozen bowl in the freezer, so we can make something with little notice.

The unit itself works fine. When I wiped down the unit the cuisinart name wiped right off. I was wondering if you were selling knock off's.

After several weeks of use we are still excited with our purchase.
Most of the time after a few weeks the purchased item is not as you thought, not in this case.
We love the ice-20.
