This thing is amazing and fast! The safety features on it are a bit too much, but other than that I have no complaints. Very little prep work (just throw it all in there-no chopping first) and whatever I am making comes out perfect every time. Very easy to clean! My whole family loves all of the things we make with this machine. My three young children come running if they hear it - their favorites, of course, are the fruit smoothies which, unbeknown to them have lots of veggies in them too. The HealthMaster blends them so well and so smooth (quickly) they can;t even tell. A must have for the health conscience family!

Run! Run far away from this product and NEVER look back! The same thing is happening to me as these other bad reviews and I have only used my Healthmaster a dozen times. It is leaking out the bottom and rusting! I am now past my 60 day warranty and so I am out the money. I am within the 90 day replacement period so they are offering to send me another unit if I return the defective one. However, I know the next will be JUST AS DEFECTIVE! Like I said, RUN and NEVER look back.
What A Piece of Expensive Crap? July 20, 2010

After four months, the unit leaked every now and then. After washing, some dark-brown liquid oozes from the bottom. Upon inspection, it turned out to be from the gasket. It also made some loud noise that wasn't there originally. Today, after I lifted the pitcher off the unit and the bearing balls just fell off. Warranty for parts is only good for 60 days - how convenient for the company! Just stick with the tried and true: Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Osterizer, Hamilton.

I feel like I've been suckered!
This machine didn't get through 20 uses when it just stopped working. No warning...just stopped working.
We're very disappointed because while it did work it was great!
Buy American, people!!!!
Thank God for Amazon! They back their products 100%!
Shame on Montel Williams for putting his name on this product.

I have owned my Healthmaster since November, and I use it EVERY DAY. I have had no problems what so ever with my blender. It has run continuously without any problems, no rust, the motor runs fine, and the lid is not hard to remove. I don't know what others are doing with their blenders, but I highly recommend this product and am even going to purchase one for my sister.
