The Model 498 sharpener offers two stage sharpening using 100% diamond abrasives. The first stage diamond-coated disk sharpens the blade; the second stage hones and polishes the slicing blade edge. This sharpener is designed for Chef'sChoice® electric slicer models 620, 630, 632, 640, and 645.
