This food steamer from Zojirushi is the complete package for those who prefer cooking with steam. The set includes a 3-quart upper steamer bowl, a 2.4-quart lower steamer bowl, an 8-cup rice bowl, egg tray, drip tray, and removable water reservoir for easy refilling. All the components stack together neatly and lower directly onto the heating base; the parts are also easily removed for cleaning and are dishwasher-safe. Worldwide-patented fast-steam technology, known as the Multi-Path Circulation System, cooks food evenly--rice, eggs, fish, or whatever--and the steamer holds enough water (25 ounces) to steam for up to 40 minutes.
